
What is the effective weight loss program best for a female athlete, period without causing problems?
I'm an athlete Female 18 years old. In the game I play, I have to watch their weight to fit into a certain category of weight before the competition. Year Last, I lost about 8 kg before a competition. God thank you, I did well in this competition, but I stopped my period is 6 months. At the moment I have to lose 5-6 kg, I want to know what is the best way to lose this weight without affecting my time and my health. Please help me, Should I start working to lose weight.
Wow, this is a difficult situation. Your ability to have periods is directly related the amount of body fat you carry. Less than 20% and you stop them getting periods. 23-25% body fat more, and you begin to flirt with health problems. If you stop making periods, you start to lose bone density (Given the content of your application, however, I am sure you're already aware of this). Around the age of 19 years., Women tend to ossify (cartilaginous growth plates become bone) thus ending the process of skeletal growth and give the woman an extra 10-15 lbs. body fat no (clothes still fit fine you just weigh more …). Please, Please consider going to another weight class, except option. I know it can be very scary, but your health and long-term well-being is at stake here (really). Good luck in this regard.
