weight loss bad foods
weight loss?

I have a little fat on my stomach and chest and a little on my waist. i exercise 6 days a week and cut a lot of IVE bad foods from my diet, but i cannot seem to lose fat. my weight is increasing, but thats because im gaining muscle mass. What type of food Should I cut if I want to lose fat because it is obvious exercise isn't the issue. carbohydrates as something on that? and examples of food please by the way this is not a lot of fat, but I want to be better defined, so I want to lose him. im sport, but it's right there, I do not know how not to lose

You need to find a plan that works for you.Exercising is great, but if you're not eating the right foods you will not lose weight. Check http://www.geocities.com/tymes90 There are programs for weight loss there are many that should help. Good Luck
