loose skin after 100 + pounds of weight loss, can I do something?
Hello I am a 24 year old man five feet 11 inches with 165 pounds a body fat percentage of 16.5%. I was 276 at my heaviest over 2 years. I'm at my lowest weight now, since before I was 13. I'm at a healthy weight now, but my stomach is bad in my opinion. He collapses and as cottage cheese. I was Trouser high and very high and my abdominal skin or fat goes on top when I sit. I'm going for walks 2 times a week for one hour and half, and two bike rides a week for about two hours. I can not offer to get surgery, if someone knows something I can do to get rid of it, it will diminish, or never to hide. The rest of my body (legs, arms, chest, back) are all good little grease, a little loose skin, but these areas are nowhere as bad as my stomach. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You can receive Surgery to remove the excess skin. Here's a site w / info on this general topic. http://www.surgery.org/consumers/procedures/body/post-bariatric EDIT: I see you say you can not afford the surgery. But it seems the only way. Start saving.
