I was on my weight loss diet and excersise program, and at the bottom of my body takes in very few sugars / carbohydrates. I excersise every day for about 90 minutes of walking and jogging. I had great success. I lost about 20 pounds of body fat, so far, I would say. However, my concern is that since I eliminated sugar from my food, my blood chemistry has caused these times of distraction. Am I right or wrong, or is the weight loss causes dizziness. It is not like I feel dizzy 24 / 7, it is that whenever I get up from the session, each time I'm done with my excersise a day, or whenever I take a deep breath, or stretching my body. So, can someone help? Also, I eat, I am not starving, I usually eat lots of protein rich foods, and foods with healthy fats and fiber.
