What is a good Vitman to help weight loss?
I just had my gallbladder removed. I need to be healthier, I've already lost about 10 pounds, but I have to lose about 40 more to be healthy. I do not want to take diet pill, I want to know what the natural vitamin or pill can lose weight, berries ex.acai .. things in this direction.
