How can you lose inches?
I'm 5'6 "and 120 lbs, and in the last year, I ran to try to lose more weight. I remain the same, but I gained inches of my thighs as my pants are tight in the thighs. How do I do to lose weight in inches as particularly in my size, while having the muscle tone?
