Ive been struggling with weight loss for the years Ive tried everything cutting regime on the sweets and also obtain a membership to the gym im 20 years young and about 214 lbs I have work and school and trying to work on a scheduled workout, but if someone can give me advice, would be great …
YES! Do not eat before a workout in the morning! It will upset your stomach and make you want to vomit. The more you work after your heart beats faster and your body needs to renew and refuel, which takes the calories you eat, after the development and combustion is larger, so if you want to eat before training. My advice is to focus on the more calories, eat 1000 calories one day, then another 1600 days eating, just keep your body guessing. And do 30 minutes of exercise AT LEAST 5 times a week and you will see results. (:
