
1400 meal plan for £ 180 Cal women?
Hello, I am a 27 year old woman who tries desperately to get rid of 50 of his 180 pounds by this winter. I still gained about 10 pounds per year for 3 or 4 years and would love to return to the place where I used to be. I started training a month ago, but have not been successful with a loss of weight. I think it's because I do not know what I eat, even if I tried to be careful … Can someone help me plan the daily menu of Cal in 1400? I do not eat chicken and lots of food / healthy meal of chicken have in them. I plan to have Trader Joe's Honey Nut O and 1% milk every morning and perhaps a banana because I tend to get hungry after a few hours after breakfast. Other than that, I'm lost. Any help is appreciated !!!!! Thank you!
